St Kilda Shule is proud to collaborate with JNF as part of their JNF Green Week. We will host two inspiring guest speakers.Timothy Wainwright, an Australian firefighter and the Executive Director of Operations for Fire Support in NSW, is a passionate non-Jewish volunteer who has dedicated his time to training communities in Israel by teaching vital fire management practices.
Originally from Sydney, Tim is a leading expert in the field of wildfire prevention and suppression.
Hila Fenlon founded an agricultural farm focused on innovative vegetable seed research while earning a degree in Economics and Management. Since 2014, as a resident of Moshav Netiv Ha’asara, Hila has shared her experiences through "Life on the Border" lectures, raising global awareness of life near Gaza.
They will give an incredible insight into the spirit of the people who care deeply about the land and the wellbeing of the communities.
Light refreshments will be served.
